This Fan Production sees David Cheng take on the role as everybody’s favourite Ensign, Harry Kim.

This time Mr. Kim is now the Captain of the USS Fauci and playing a part in this adventure are Admiral Janeway, Captain Chakotay and Annika Hansen.

David Cheng who played Admiral Nogura in “Outraged” plays Captain Kim in this fan film and delivers a good performance.

As the title implies, the Borg are in this fan film and that is something you don’t see every day which is nice as it is usually the Klingons or Romulans that make up the bulk of the villains.

So what does the Borg, Captain Kim, Captain Chakotay, Annika Hansen and Admiral Janeway got to do with each other? Sit back for sixteen minutes and find out.

The uniforms look great, the USS Fauci looks great, the Borg look good, a lot of effort was put into the Borg outfit and that was great to see.

The only downside I can think of is that Borg Hunters is a little heavy on established Star Trek characters but it is good to see an older Harry Kim who finally got to a command after going through so much on Voyager with so little reward while people like Tom Paris jumped the queue.
